It was cold this mor­ning, and fog­gy. Eve­ry­thing was cover­ed with a thin lay­er of frost.

After only a few hours most of the frost was gone once the sun star­ted to shi­ne and the tem­pe­ra­tu­re went up a litt­le bit.  

In the ear­ly mor­ning hours I con­ti­nued with my blog clean up acti­vi­ties. The­re are upda­tes I wro­te after I moved away from my Word­Press site which are not part of the blog archi­ve I have, so the­se I need to manu­al­ly migra­te (or dele­te). It’s relaxing work to do with some music or pod­casts on the back­ground. At 10 AM I had break­fast, chan­ged clo­t­hes and star­ted to go through my to-do list for today. And in the after­noon we wor­ked most of the time in the gar­den until 5 PM. I took a shower and pre­pa­red din­ner. 

Tomor­row I have to be rea­dy at 9 AM when I will be pick­ed up by the father of our grandsons. Both of us will run the so-cal­l­ed mini mid­win­ter­ma­ra­thon in Apel­doorn. The start is at 11.15 AM.

Wea­ther fore­cast shows that the tem­pe­ra­tu­re at that time will be around 0 Cel­ci­us and no sun like today. I’m still in doubt what run­ning gear to wear and whi­le I was searching through my clo­t­hes the cat thought it a good idea to use my sports­bag as her res­ting pla­ce.

In the eve­ning I watch the first epi­so­de of Yel­low­sto­ne now that it is avai­la­ble on Net­flix and went to bed around 10 PM to have a good rest for tomorrow’s run.
